What documents do I need to rent a car?
A valid Bangladeshi driving licence (or international driving permit), a national ID (NID) or passport, and a deposit. No credit card required — cash deposits accepted.
Can I get a driver with my rental?
Yes — all premium, luxury and minivan categories include a professional driver by default. For economy and standard vehicles, drivers are available at an additional ৳1,200/day.
Is airport pickup available?
Absolutely. We service Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (Dhaka), Shah Amanat International Airport (Chittagong), and Osmani International Airport (Sylhet) — free of charge for bookings of 3+ days.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your booking start time. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 20% fee of the first day's rate. No-shows are charged one full day's rate.
Do you offer long-term / monthly packages?
Yes! Monthly rentals get up to 25% off daily rates. We also offer corporate accounts with invoicing, fleet management and dedicated account managers. Contact us for a custom quote.
